The UK's biggest supplier of compressed air products and process systems, Thorite, has appointed Mike Perry (42) to the position of Major Accounts Manager, based at the company's Bradford Head Office.

Mike's prime role will be to manage and develop awareness of Thorite's unique 20:20 VISION Total Air Management Service.  Briefly, this is an integrated approach to the most efficient production and use of compressed air.

The new service provides real cost savings for industry, with typical reductions in power consumption of 30%, through leak reduction, pressure control and the use of the latest energy-efficient compressor plant & equipment. Additional features include better stock control, product rationalisation & standardisation, enabling more efficient buying, and Mike will be promoting these benefits to Thorite customers from Bradford to Grimsby.

You can visit the Thorite 20:20 VISION Total Air Management Service website.

Mike joins Thorite from SMC Pneumatics, having previously worked for Kimberley Clark after spending 8 years in the RAF.

Mike lives in Sheffield and his leisure interests are split between family time, motorcycling, golf & tennis.
