Innovative dust collector valves from Thorite

 Compressed air and fluid processing specialists, Thorite, are reporting high levels of interest in a new Buschjost range of Dust Collector Valves, which incorporate a variety of design innovations: Available in port sizes from ¾” to 2” BSP, the valves feature extremely fast opening, with optimised peak pressures, coupled with equally rapid closing for minimal air consumption. All internal components are captive and the design of the solenoid provides maximum security against icing. A silencer prevents both the escape of noise and the ingress of damaging external matter into the valve. The plastic-encased solenoid can also be turned into three different positions, 120º apart, without the need for tools. High airflow and long life comes as standard with the valves, which can be specified with either BSP or NPT threaded internal connections. Already providing trouble-free performance in the pharmaceutical, food processing, wood products and acrylic resins industries, the dust valves are available from any of Thorite’s regional Sales and Service Centres.
